About the event

Launching the Year of the Fire Horse · 2026

What if anger is not something to manage or minimise—but a form of intelligence the body has been waiting to express?

We gather to explore sacred rage as medicine: the kind of fire that sharpens boundaries, clarifies truth, and restores aliveness.

In a culture that has asked women to stay agreeable and contained, anger has too often been silenced or turned inward. Yet across ancient traditions, it was never the enemy. It was a force of transformation that seeks wholeness.

Unexpressed anger overheats the nervous system, much like chronic inflammation overheats the body. Inflammation is a natural, protective response—a signal of care—yet in a modern world shaped by speed, stress, and relentless stimulation, this state no longer resolves. What was once a brief flare of response has become a constant condition.

Guided by Ayurvedic therapist Supriya Ruparelia, this intimate evening weaves together ritual, nourishment, and emotional inquiry through the lens of Ayurveda and embodied feminine wisdom. We turn toward Agni, the fire of the belly—the intelligence of digestion, discernment, and change—and explore how unexpressed anger becomes depletion, burnout, and disconnection. When honoured, that same fire restores Ojas: vitality, radiance, and inner nourishment.

This gathering is an invitation into authentic wellbeing—not wellness as performance, but truth lived in the body. Through a Pitta-balancing, fire-honouring meal and guided ritual, anger is reclaimed as medicine: an intelligent force that, when honoured, restores vitality rather than depletes it.

As we step into 2026 and the energy of the Fire Horse, we ask what it means to live fully awake—able to hold both joy and intensity without collapse or restraint. What does an empowered, nourished woman look like when she honours her heat as much as her softness?

SUPPER UNYOKED offers a place to explore these questions together—slowly, honestly, and in communion.

Seats are limited.

We invite you to take your place at the table and begin the year more alive.

About Our Guest

Supriya Ruparelia is an Ayurvedic practitioner and guide devoted to restoring balance, vitality, and emotional truth. Raised with Ayurveda as a lived tradition–where food, spices, and daily rhythms were medicine–her work bridges ancient wisdom with modern life.

With years of formal training and embodied practice, Supriya supports women to digest stress, regulate their inner fire and reconnect with the intelligence of the body. Her approach is grounded, discerning, and deeply human—offering medicine that meets life as it is, not as it should be.
