You’re invited to come, play, eat with us. We practice the power of people coming together in a collective cooking of deeper listening and nourishing action. Where ideas, community and creativity conspire.
WHO THESE GATHERINGS ARE FOR
For the curious, the seekers, the quietly brave, the wildly tender.
For those who ask better questions.
For creatives, community builders, thinkers, feelers, change-makers, and humans who know the world transforms through conversation, not competition.

If you crave connection that’s real, grounded, and culturally alive—take your seat at the table.

supper unyoked
Small. Intentional. Deliciously disruptive.
These are intimate gatherings, a living breathing continuum of YOKE'S ethos – to increase positive impact and expansion with our heart, mind and effort.
Located on Gadigal Country in Redfern at YOKE HQ, these intimate sit-down 2-course dinners, feature a guest speaker fluent in ancient or modern wisdom, philosophy or sustainable practice; and a menu designed to aid creative thought.
Since our very first supper in 2016, our mission is to raise the bar and explore what it takes to unite through creativity and conversation, to inspire transformation in ourselves, and contribute to socially sophisticated interdependence. We invite the connection of ethical beings eager to find ways to make positive change in our world.

WHAT HAPPENS AT A SUPPER
Supper Unyoked exists somewhere between a dinner party, a salon, and a curated ritual.
Each evening includes:
-
A themed conversation guided by our guest speaker
-
A 2-course menu crafted for creative thought—seasonal, plant-based, sustainable, cooked in–house by talented cooks and chefs
-
A table ritual to open the night and a reflective prompt to take home
-
Space created to speak and deeper listening
-
A room filled with ethical beings imagining better, braver ways to live, create and nourish.
Themes have explored:
-
Memory as medicine
-
Beauty, Love and Belonging
-
Rage as creative fuel
-
Food as activism
-
The future of feminine wellbeing
-
Pleasure activism
-
Art of grief
-
Creativity as relational practice
Every supper becomes a seed—ideas shared become actions taken, relationships become collaborations, and conversations become catalysts.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING
“The UNYOKED suppers are unlike anything else in Sydney, a rare blend of thought, creativity, and feminine community that feels both grounding and expansive. Each evening offers new perspectives to explore, from art and finance to feminism, social justice, and spirituality. The discussions are rich, intriguing, and deeply human."
"I always leave feeling nourished on every level: intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually."
"Cynthia (host) has created a space that is thoughtful, intentional, and socially conscious. I especially appreciate that a portion of the proceeds supports girls’ education initiatives in India, it gives the experience meaningful impact. If you’re looking for a supper that feeds your mind, heart, and soul, this is it."
WHY WE GATHER
Our mission has remained unchanged since that very first supper:

To explore how creativity and conversation transform us.
To build socially sophisticated interdependence.
To offer a space where imagination, ethics, and community meet.
The world moves fast. SUPPER UNYOKED moves with depth.
