About the event

In a world that moves faster than our nervous systems can process, women are often taught to override the body, silence emotion, and keep going. Yet the body carries another intelligence entirely—one that restores us through connection, sensation, and the chemistry of belonging.

Women’s bodies are deeply responsive to oxytocin, the hormone of trust, bonding, and pleasure. When we reconnect with this innate intelligence, something begins to shift. Our energy settles. Our boundaries clarify. Our truth becomes easier to hear.

And from that place, a different kind of strength emerges.

During times of change and uncertainty it’s easy to feel scattered, anxious, and pulled away from our centre. But we are still the directors of our own lives—and we are in this together.

So what is our truth now?

What matters?

How do we serve?

What if we could learn to hold the fire of these times without letting it consume us—meeting the intensity of the world with steadiness rather than collapse?

Pause for a moment.

How are you right now?

Are you with yourself in these times—or have you abandoned your centre? Where does your power live as the world continues to shift around us?

There is something deeply magnetic about inhabiting a space that honours all parts of ourselves—the tenderness, the curiosity, the rage, the joy, and the body’s deep intelligence.

In this 2.5-hour workshop, Cat Kabira returns to Sydney to guide us into the hidden universe within—an opportunity to reconnect with the brilliance of the body and the quiet authority of the heart.

Through her unique blend of energy work, perceptual awareness and embodied presence, you will explore:

• Practices to regulate and strengthen the nervous system

• Awareness of your energetic landscape and significant chakras—discovering which are most alive for you

• Reclaiming healthy boundaries and returning to the core of your body and heart.

As women, one of our great powers is our capacity to feel deeply. What is your relationship to anger and rage?

Rage can be a clarifying force—a white heat that reveals truth and strengthens boundaries. A fierce intelligence that refuses to be diminished. But this energy must live alongside the heart: joy, play, connection, and pleasure.

We need both energies alive within us.

This unique workshop is an invitation to return to your truth.

To gather the scattered pieces and come back into the quiet centre of your own knowing.

This is no ordinary gathering. There are no long tables or chairs. We meet on the mat.
